I just pulled this out of the mailbox, I bought this on a garage sale site the watch did not have very clear pictures and the seller had no info other than found at an estate sale. So for 80.00 I took a chance.
I wasn't thinking it would be a 992b because of the dial but did recognize the case as a Hamilton case. The watch dial is really nice, great condition and I have not seen one like this before. Where these a common dial on the 1950s 992b?
Unfortunately I cannot wind it because of the missing crown but the movement seems to be in great condition.
Does anyone know where I can get a crown?
Thanks
Jay
