I would call it an automaton striking watch with 24 hour and 12 hour dials and jacquemart striking bells on the dial.

Does any of it work?

You forgot the day and night, as well as the calendar with days of the month and the days of the week on the back :)

And I suspect the jacquemarts strike as an alarm clock (the yellow hand on the small dial).

I like it!!!!

However even if I can see the fusee, my first reaction about the case and dials was: "modern". Cannot really point to something precise, just does not feel right.

I agree; I think whoever made it had seen a jacquemart watch and tried to replicate it, but their ambitions outran their execution skills!

This looks like a modern replica trying to imitate some sort of 18th century watch though clearly a lot of work went into it.

Quite strange. Maybe it was a student project?
