    Newport Electric Mechanical

    Can anyone help me indentify a movement? It's reffered to as a Newport, Ultra High Frequency, Electric. Watch is totally mechanical but runs off of a impluse from a battery. Made in West Germany approximately in the 50's. Is this of any quality, or just dollar watch from that era?
