    Its a regulator, so the pendulum bob is presumably glass or metal jars, that are unsealed, and held in stirrups, and I'm assuming pose a risk to spilling if not kept upright. I've only dealt with the kind found on French clocks, which are smaller, sealed and pose no real risk to move. I'm just...
