got cable winding on spool correct and that fixed that have problem with chiming correct most times while ago work correct is basic westminster chime I think this has a peg for the hour hand so it goes on one way but can still move the hour hand is a trick for setting that?
makes basic westminster chime sort of and drum moves to the side for hour strike I think but the chime weight now rubs the pendulum bob 1/2 way down and stops think it had 2 shims to tilt seat board forward might try that or the cable is not wound on the drum spiral right?
has a 28lb weight for the chime is this from 1970s? might get it to function 2 peices of linkage fell out to control chimes not figured that out clock runs but chime is sluggish have to spin butterfly some times to get to go paid $100 kind of a pain to work kind of backwards also polished the...
