I assumed, newbie thinking, that I could move the hour hand as with other clocks.
Well, I removed the dial, pendulum, hour...
I tried to set the clock on time but I am unable to move the hour hand.
As you can see in the photo the hour hand is off.

The 124 movement was made from 1924 to 1956.
