    I am working on a Ingraham at the moment, not the same model of clock, but likely very close in age. I would say your clock is most likely original. Same movement in the clock i am working on.

    Sorry Sals, a little complicated for me, hurts my brain looking at it. Why not ask, what clock movement did you enjoy working on the most? I would reply, the Seth Thomas no 86 movement, i really like them.

    I prefer my dial calliper over my digital. At work all we have is digital, as many cant read a dial calliper.

    For 15 bucks i would pass. Cheap tools dont work for me. I depend on them alot to do quality work, whether at work or at home in my shop. You get what you pay for. I would pass on the Walmart ones too.

    Thinking made late 1930,s. Movement needs a clean and oil, and perhaps other work. Value where i live in Canada about 25 dollars.

    Thats a very unusual case for ST, they seem like a overpowered movement, but they are robust movements.

    Using fishing line in my GB regulator, works great, like it much better than gut. I recomend it to others.

    I like Gilbert clocks. I find ok to work on. As mentioned the cannon pinion problem. They made some nice regulators.
