2 of the 5 I have, have Arabic numbers, but they are not open escapement. The gold center of the face is a little different also, most are white.

Nice looking clock in great condition! Crystal regulators are my favorite, specially open escapement ones.
My favorite is the "old antique clock with stimulated mercury vile pendulum"

The parts are small and you need to be careful, but to me they seem easier to reassemble than the American movements. A great book is " Repairing...
It is a French Portico clock, not sure of the maker. It is a great gift, and definately worth restoring.
I like cast iron ones also, but I find the French movements easier to work on and they are a lot finer made.

you need to measure the hole in the dial, most likely it will be about .350" that makes it to small for the .375" grommets they have. I have not...
