    Key Bite

    I also use a let down tool on all unfamiliar movements in the shop at least until I remove the dial and check the movement out. Like Douglas Ballard I keep a firm grip on the key until I fell the click seat and only then relax my grip. A little slower but so far no bruised thumbs. Main springs...
