    Thank you lesson learned. As it turns out, the hand was not far enough in on the post. I Stripped and cleaned the movement and poised the Pallet fork which was hanging to one side, and it looks like it's running and keeping time. lets see tomorrow.:(:) Thank you all for the great advice.
