Hi, I have a Bulle clock that needs a new fork shaft assembly. There are problems with the pawls on the one I have and it is also missing the silver piece at the other end that accepts the silver spring. Any help would be appreciated.

I have a Bulle clock bezel that is missing the glass. But, as I look at the bezel, thee is a groove that the glass fits into. There isn't any apaent way to remove the ring behind the glas. How would I get a replacement glass in?
Thanks, Frank
Hi everyone,
I have American Electric Clock that is missing a jewel in the pallet. Does anyone out there know where these jewels may be purchased?
Thanks, Frank Manning
I have this Standard Electric movement that uses a Sangamo motor mounted on the movement to wind up the weights. However that train that gets wound is not connected to the time train. Each train has a pulley on it, so I suppose the weight and cable go somewhere else on pulleys on the case. It...
You are right on the strength. I believe the strength is by the thickness cubed. However, wouldn't the .750width be too sloppy in a barrel made for one that is .875?

I have the timer shown in the picture. It has two mainspring barrels with very strong springs, one of which is broken. It measures .875 wide, by .024 thick by at least 96 inches long. I have looked in the catalogs and can't find a match. The closest one is .872 x .018 x by 96 inches. Would...
I have a Schatz and Sohne midget model that is in need of a new anchor. Would anyone have one or a parts movement? I don't see any on Ebay now.
Thanks, Frank
Hi Everyone,
Does anyone recognize the maker of the grandfather clock movement shown in the attached file? I believe it is American. It has the ladder like chains. The case appears to be early 1900's.
Thanks

Hi,
I measured it at one time so I could make an adjuster for the end. It measured 1/4 - 44, which is an oddball. I tried to get a die and it would have to be made at a phenomenal price.
I want to thank everyone for your directions. Using them I was able to get the wheels lined up correctly. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I found shutterbug's picture very helpful.
Thanks again everyone. Your are always helpful.

Hi,
I am doing a Urgos grandfather movement that has Geneva wheels on the winders. I am used to the Seth Thomas type with one long tooth and one shallow slot on the other wheel. But, these have two teeth on one and one on the other. I have shown pictures of them. I need to know how to line...
