Pulsar model 3103 LED
I'm supposed to look at a watch for a friend, he says it's a Pulsar model 3103. I can't find anything on the net about it. It has LED readout. He said he replaced the battery and at first the momentary display would not go off. Now, it won't come on. Any ideas where I should start?- stushug
