    I always use a chain .. except when I wanted to peek at that wonderful movement and took it off .. lesson learned should have sat down on the table, should have just wound up my glass back 992b ... lots of should haves ... it is fine now and running perfect but I gotta replace that assembly...

    I have a friend in England who asked me if I had a couple spare "oval shaped" jewels for the Hamilton 940. I probably do but I don't know what he means and my watchmaking skills are non existent . Any idea what he means ..are they foot hole ? Which ones would be oval shaped ... want to help...
