• Upcoming updates
Over the next couple of weeks we will be performing software updates on the forum. These will be completed in small steps as we upgrade individual software addons. You might occasionally see a maintenance message that will last a few minutes at most.

If we anticipate an update will take more than a few minutes, we'll put up a notice with estimated time.

    Thank you!

    Why do we repair watches?

    Glue type for watch dial

Hi My apologies for wrongly expressing myself. In fact the "hour marks on a dial" got detached. I wanted to glue them back. Gorilla glue is just a make I found on the Cousins website. I know there are special glues for the hour marks but I don't have those at hand. Thanks again

    Why do we repair watches?

Hi I have come to ask myself the question why we repair watches? Watches (some) are so cheap and lots of time easier to replace a movement. Is it just cause we love a piece of history It reminds us of someone. A work of art

    Holding a quartz motor

Hi I used double sided tape. There is no washer on that particular movement and was just surprised when i received it. I made a diy clock from an ice cream cup and my kids did no want to believe it was a real clock. Unfortunately they did not want the work of art in the living room :)

    Watch box organiser mould issues

Hi Thanks for the answer. These are my daily use watches and definitely it didn't cross my mind to have to store watches in a controlled chamber. Was thinking more like some sort of a hack to prevent growth of the mould on the nice watch holders. The watches used to lay everywhere in the house...

    Watch box organiser mould issues

Hello I got a nice looking watch box organiser two months back. Unfortunately black mould has started to grow. I live in a tropical climate so humidity is high. I kept the silica gel in the box but to no avail. Any ideas how to avoid mould growing? What do you do with your organisers? Thanks
