Could you post some pictures, especially of the movement. I suspect that the name you've given for the movement is a private label of a jeweler placed on a movement manufactured by someone else, but I may be wrong.

I can't tell you anything specific about your watch, but I have no doubt that a factory cased 17 jewel Howard pocket watch in good condition with papers and original box is a valuable watch.
