French Drum Clock with 24h dial
I recently picked up a nice French Drum clock with a cylinder escapement. It has a silvered mask which contains a switching dial which should change automatically from 0-11 and 12-23 hrs. Unusual Cylinder Platform
I came across this unusual cylinder platform on a French drum clock. It has a screw arrangement to allow setting the depth of the cylinder relative to the escape wheel.
