    Today I'm wearing a 1943 omega 2165 a CS (I) intended for civilian personnel of the British army in India. Someone says that the dial is refurbished but, I have doubts, I believe it is original. However it does not matter, this little watch is so beautiful.

    Thank you for the reply. Original owner was a USAF pilot, his watches have certainly been repaired directly by Bulova. It is a pity not to have original movement but at the time I don't think they thought about preserving originality.
