I first got into clocks when I inherited a 400 day clock from my aunt, that I had "broken" as a child. I figured it was time I had it fixed, but repair shops didn't want to bother with it. I got Terwilliger's book and fixed it myself. I was hooked.

I have several perfectly-functioning 400 day clocks, and now have moved on into attempting to repair mantel and wall clocks. This has proven to be more difficult to do on one's own, but I love the effort and results, and I have met wonderful people in the clock world over the years.

Now that I'm retired, I've joined the NAWCC!
