Apprenticed to Frank mercer of Thomas Mercer Ltd in1960 worked at Mercers 20yrs, set up clock factory to manufacture reproduction clocks, worked as self employed maker repairer, taught watch and clock repair at St Loye's College, Exeter, UK for 16 yrs. Department closed 2007 now work from home as part time repairer.
