A vintage OMEGA dial ... on a Harvel Movement?

People have been faking things since time began and watches have always been a target. I think what you have is a Harvel watch with a Harvel dial that has been rebranded to Omega by an unscrupulous individual. The movement looks like a modified FEF 130 to me.

    swiss caliber 241f

Hi Raymond. You could try ‘Universal Geneve cal 264’. I believe this is the base calibre for your movement.

Trying To Operate/Set Wakmann Incabloc 730 Three Register (Chronograph?) Pls Help.

Hi Austin, your movement is a Valjoux 730. Info is available on the web to enable you to set the date and time etc. It sounds to me like the watch is fully wound (as roughbarked has stated) so a service is needed. On the inside of the case back you should find a reference number which should...

Seiko 21 Jewel Auto from late 70's early 80's

Hi Garfield, have you tried looking at images of Seiko 6309 8010 watches? I believe these had 17 jewels but might resemble your watch.

Anyone come across this Rolex Submariner dial anomaly?

I think there was a Milgauss shown on Rolex forums with a similar error a while back. The black text was slightly off but the orange Milgauss text was ok. Errors on Rolex dials pop up more frequently than you would imagine, but as they produce large quantities of watches, errors are...

Help in identifying Movement and Case

I’m thinking that the logo on your movement looks like a lyre. Julien Gallet & cie used a similar logo.

Chronograph with pushers on opposite side

Hi Streetsnake, At first I thought you were going to show us a nice Heuer/Hamilton automatic chronograph. Sadly your case would have housed a cheap pin lever chronograph movement. The back of your watch gives the game away in that it is stamped “Basis”. Have a google for “Basis Chronograph”...
