Retired US Navy in the undersea surveillance realm. Worked mainly on the repair and maintenance side of the house. I became a locksmith and ran a shop in Va Beach for some time. About 10 years, recently 2019 took an interest in clocks basically Cuckoo and Grandfathers which quickly spread to mantle and wall clocks especially weight driven and now has expanded to pocket watches and older mechanical watches I can find. my dad raised me to know "Can't never could do Nothing" so I believe, I can fix it, if it doesn't work. I don't believe much of anything is beyond repair however it may not be reasonable to attempt it.
