Bell strike Seth Thoma A E Hotchkiss tower clock

Very similar to a Seth Thomas model 15. Installed between 1879 and 1903 Fort Monroe main Barracks bldg 5
The clock was maintained by the US Army until 2011. It has no lable plate nor a serial number. The bldg dates to 1879 and roof on the 3rd story was raised around 1900. The clock is housed in a shed in the attic. We welcome help dating the clock.
