Estate Sale Find

French? Racket Clock

I would like some help dating this clock. The bezel is long gone, otherwise it’s in excellent shape. The clock had been recently serviced and was purchased last week at an estate sale. The sale included several nice clocks including and Irish tall case, a Scottish tall case, and authentic Aaron Willard and a Regency English tavern clock. From the movement I believe this to be a French bracket clock, and from the pendulum and its attachment I would assume 1850 to 1870. But I would like comments from those farm better versed than I.
