Default Equity Watch

Equity Watch Co. was a name used by the Waltham Watch Co. for a line of very solidly built, dependable, but inexpensive watches. For marketing purposes they chose to disassociate these low-priced watches from their regular line, hence the different name. These watches originally came with a dial that was also marked "Equity".

Default Equity Watch

Good Morning, Ma'am!

According to my rather sparse records, the serial number of your watch, 8826152, indicates a date somewhere around 1899.

However, it's pretty certain that if you "Watch this space", more detailed information will follow in due course (when the experts get out of bed...)
