Default 'Lady Dufferin'Waltham

I find no info on;
10s KW nickle, m74 7j s/n 914334
Mvt only, American Watch Co dial.
Rare?
Oops! m61, since m74 1st s/n is +1M.
Corners on back plate are rounded, not sharp as in pics of m61.
One of a run of only 20, per Waltham 'handwritten's/n book.
