Default Had any American pocket watch manufacturers used blued steel screws ?

Here is a Russells Limited I picked up on one of my travels overseas.
It is in a heavy 18K gold case.

the Elgin I posted a pic. of is the only American made watch in my collection that has blued steel screws.
