I'm not completely clear on the fee part. Is that for posting inquiries, but we can post opinions without 'joining'? Any repercussions if the fee is paid, canceled, paid again, canceled .....?

We were not getting many subscriptions, so the marketing plan has been changed. You must have a subscription to post a new thread (may be changed to subscription for any post) or you may post anything if you are a member or subscriber.

Subscriptions are $5/week and may be renewed at any time to extend the subscription. There is no cancellation available or needed.

Kevin, you should not have been able to post here. Something is not working correctly.

Follow up: When we cancelled your subscription on the 4th, it did not remove it from your profile. You have an active subscription through the 11th even though the subscription manager does not know about it. :o

Not sure if this is the right place to ask, please move if wrong.

I see the "What do you think it is worth?" section does not show up in new posts, activity stream, today's posts. Should I be seeing them, or is this by design?

They are left out by design because they are not open to all viewers. They also do not show up on a Google search.

You can see by the forum name highlighting when new material is available in the value forums and you can subscribe to them so that you receive notices when new material appears.

I'm new here, been lurking but not posting...so, Hello!

I've paid for a subscription but I cannot access the subscription forums. I keep getting an error msg saying that I don't have permission. In my account it shows that I've paid for a subscription. Can you please tell me what I need to do, since it started and only goes for a few more days? Thanks!

You should be able to see them now. Until you have made a post in one of the regular forums, you are classified as a novice. Most people ask some question other than value before they start asking about values in the value forum. However, you are the second new member in a week to run into this, so I will investigate changing the behavior. I will extend your subscription by a week.

I am not sure what is actually happening on my end. I had troubles even getting to the point where the main NAWCC site would allow me to become a member, however it finally went through and I paid and received a receipt through PayPal, and even see a member number, expiration date, etc... on the main site May Account - Details page.

The forum did not update for me and I tried entering my member number, date and expiration but after saving that information it still treats me as if I am not a member.

Confusing site to say the least.

They are separate member databases that I sync manually and I have been flat out getting ready for the National Convention next week. I changed your status to NAWCC Member.

    Tom,

Thank you for taking care of that. I could not figure out why, when I went through the membership process on NAWCC main that it said it was importing the information from the forum account so I assumed it was all automated.
