Yes Dan and others i believe we should go back to more customer service.But i guess companies are in business to make money.What i object to is making a important call and no idea as to how long i will be on hold.
I called the company that handles my pension, i was on hold for over two hours.
I could have acomplished a lot in 2 hours.One clock at a time. Kevin West
