Help identifying two pocket watches, anotated poor quality pictures.

Well the pictures really say it all, as i am to lazy to post and crop them all individually, heres a link to my flickr where they can be found. The one with no anoatations has no information available, no serial number, no hallmarks, nothing, nada, ziltch.
