    Default Identification and Info Please

There has been a clock in the family for approximately 50+ years, but I am unable to find out details; possible family member bringing it back to US in the 50's. It is 16" wide, approx. 53" tall wall clock with found face. Kusama Tokei and the "mark" on the clock is the sailing ship within a circle. The door bottom section are three glass sections with the top being round glass for the face which has large black numbers. Any ideas except that I know it's a Japanese clock? Thanks for any info.

Hello B sterling, please post photos of the clock when you receive it. They are well made clocks.I have several of them and i like them all.
One i currently bought is running well and keeping very good time, this one is made by Nippon.

Welcome to the message board, Bsterling. Charlie Davis's NAWCC bulletin article on Japanese trademarks (December, 2009) shows a ship in a cirlce, credited to a company called Kusama. Good chance this is your maker.
