    Default Bulova Accutron runs slow

I replaced the battery in a 1976 model Bulova accutron that had been sitting in an unrunning state for several years.(the battery looked to be original) Now its loosing around 15 minutes in 4 hours. It has a nice smooth humming noise and I,m assuming thats ok. The battery that was in it was a 318 . I was told that a 344/350 1.55V silver oxide would work so thats what I installed. Is there an adjustment or something I can do?
    Thanks for your suggestions.

No, there is nothing you can do, like adjustments or something, except get it to a CAT (certified accutron technician). Jon Hansen

    Thanks Jon,

I was thinking that was the best solution also but one never knows.
