Greets Tony -- Spittler, Spittler & Bailey in their _American Clockmakers and Watchmakers_ have an entry for the Ideal Clock Manufacturing Company as follows: "Waterbury, Conn. Produced a quarter hour striking clock with tandem wind at 6 o'clock position patented by Joseph Petrillo of Boston, Oct. 12, 1909. One model had round mahogany case, porcelain dial." The listing for Joseph Petrillo gives no further information. Regards, Duck NAWCC 118804
