Default Need help identifying a repeater pocket watch

We inherited a 5 minute repeater pocket watch recently but I cannot find any identifying marks on it.
The dial reads Colonia and Swiss made but no known brand name.
It is silver and has a very nice chime activated by the big pushbutton on the picture.
    Front:
    Back:
    Open:

After removing the back cover I found this spectacular view

But again, no obvious maker's marks. The only signs I found are: 17 jewels, Swiss, unadjusted and in a different spot the number 2801.

I know it was given to my late father in law in 1984 and that it was not a cheap watch at the time.

Can anybody tell me more about this watch?
How much should I insure it for (or should I even bother)?

    Thanks!
