Default Rolex watch with Mickey Mouse on dial (RE: v-regulator)

I recently came across a Rolex watch with
the picture of Mickey mouse on the dial.
Mickey's arms were used for the hour and
    minute hands.
Has anyone seen something like this?
I know Gerald Genta made similar watches
    some time back, but Rolex.....

Default Rolex watch with Mickey Mouse on dial (RE: v-regulator)

I've just spent the last half hour going through all my references looking for such a Rolex, to no avail. Maybe Jeff Hess can tell us if Rolex ever produced such a watch, or whether this might be an after market product or perhaps a look alike Rolex.

Doug & v-regulator, this was once discussed on the TZ Forum. It seems that at one time Disney ordered some Rolex's for their VIP's with the Mickey Mouse dial. Every once in a while one of these will pop up on eBay.

I recall eating in a fancy French restaurant back in the early to mid 70's. The waiter had a Rolex with a Mickey Mouse dial. He explained the watch had been given to him by Walt Disney for his asistance in opening the Club 33 (a private restaurant (members only) in Disneyland. I would guess the watch would have been produced in the 60's based on the waiter's story.

Thank you : Doug, Patrick and Wayne
I happen to have a couple of these watches
    - steel with Jubilee straps - a gents and a
    ladies .
I bought these from a second hand shop here
    some 10 years ago.
I wonder how many of these watches were made.

    Hello Burnz
The mickey mouse photo is not ready
I have here the photo of the world's smallest watch the JLC 101 - entire movement 1 gm
Still in good condition Circa 1950

Thank you for that photo. I have always thought the 101 was the neatest little movement. Do you happen to know the average running time on a full wind?

The last time I wound it up it ran for a full
    day.
In view of the age I didn't dare push it harder.
Present day versions are all decked with diamonds to justify the hefty price
Two more photos of the Cartier pink gold Crash and a small back winder baignore from 1950
The crash watch is one of a limited edition of
40 pcs made for the Hong Kong market in 1994.

v, I dunno but something about that Mickey looks like something that Rolex wouldn't have originally wanted on their dial. Like the lenght of the hands just don't look right. And why put Mickey's name on the dial if it's going to be obsured by the date window? Also why even put Mickey's name on there? Everyone knows who he is. Watch just doesn't look right to me.

    V-reg,
Thanks for the photo. Iam not an authority on Rolex watches but--Wayne makes some strong points that I agree with. It just doesn't look right to me either. Of course I could be wrong.
