Santa Fe specials had marked dials saying Santa Fe special, and also had marked cases saying Santa Fe Watch Co.

Since you asked...
I think that the seller has an original Santa Fe Special movement in an original J. Boss case with an original Illinois dial. There is no doubt in my mind that these are all original! Not a one of 'em is a copy or imitation.
You're not going to let a little detail like the fact that they weren't originally put together as a watch by the Santa Fe Watch Co. bother you, are you?
