    Graham,

The Horolovar 400 Day Repair Guide by Charles Terwilliger (10th Edition) would be the book you need. It gives a good write-up on how to restore your clock.
The parts that you would most likely require would be the suspension spring (.0024 inch or .061 mm),21 X 50 mainspring, top/bottom blocks and forks. All these are available from the clock spare supply houses.

The pivot on the mainspring barrel and first wheel sometimes shears as there is a tremendous amount of stored energy.

Easy to fix by first locating a drill bit that fits the hole in the plate then place shaft or pivot in a lathe and drill center in pivot.
Cut end off drill and epoxy in place.
