It is with deepest regret that I pass along to you the following message from Sarah and Ruth Pritchard, daughters of NAWC beloved member Kathleen Pritchard:


It is with the deepest sadness that I tell you that my mother passed away last night, October 13th. She died in her sleep, in peace, and with no pain. Her liver failure was just too much.

Sarah and I don't know details yet about the service, but we do know that a memorial service will be held here in Potomac, MD at St. Francis Episcopalian Church on River Road sometime next week, and burial will be at "The Blue Church," in the small town of Maitland, Ontario,sometime in the near future. We will let you know the details when they are confirmed.

Sarah & I know that our mother had many more friends and relations than we have email addresses for -- please feel free to pass the word on to anyone else you think of.

Her last words were "I love my children." And we loved her. We are bereft.
