Question about waltham pochet watch

I was cleaning up a shop today and came across a little blach box. i opened it to find a gold watch sold by Micheal lebin jewlers, 25 pelham st, nottingham. I have been searching the internet to find it is a waltham model 83 grade 18 with 7 jewels SN#9833434. On the inside of the back cover it has c183p and challenger stamped in it. I have been trying to find more info, I was hoping someone here might be able to help

Other than the info you provided, the only thing to add is that it was made around 1900, give or take.
