    Default Another mystery clock.

How the hey am I supposed to get into this danged thing to change its battery?
The back is silicone rubber, with suction cups. Its edge is inside the turned down metal rim.

I tried getting something inside the rim, to pry it out. had no luck.
Tried pushing on the front side, to force it out. It flexed, but didn't budge.

Have y'all ever seen a clock like this before?

    According to answers from Amazon:

Hold on to the silver outer ring and push down in the middle of the clock face and easy it out with steady pressure. I think there is a rubber gasket in there that holds the clock in place.... it "should" come out. I haven't had that trouble with my clock and have used it several months.

Thanks. Not quite right, but I figured it out.
The rubber back doesn't come off. But if you press on the middle of the back, the clock pops out the front.

I was trying to do it backwards.

So "acetylene torch" would not have been the correct answer. Dang.
