Default Chronograph PW, stem at 3.

I have just dug this one out of the "later" box. 42.16 mm movement (17.8'''?). No information that I can detect other than the 848368 serial number on the top plate and a 2 under the dial. Whether there's anything under the barrel bridge I'm never going to know. Does anyone have a clue about who made this movement?
    Thanks
    Roy
