Default Service markings inside the case.

I looked for threads on this and in the encyclopedia.
Does anyone out there have studies they have done on various servicer's markings on the inner case back?
Equally interesting are the precious metals content assessments placed there by Pawn brokers and the like (not Hallmarks). Although hall marks are a very interesting topic.

Default Re: Service markings inside the case. (By: PWfanatik)

Most servicers had their own code for what was done to the watch, cleaning, parts replacement, etc. Unless you have their repair book, there is no deciphering the codes but some may look like just date codes. When you look at a watch with multiple markings, unless they were done by the same watchmaker, they are all different.
