Default Seth Thomas Westminster Electric Clocks

I've acquired two Seth Thomas Westminster Chime electric clocks. Instructions read you are supposed to wind two arbors on the movement. Where are these arbors located? Can't seem to find them. Thanks.

I suspect your movement and the instructions do not match. One version had electric assist winding where you had to occasionally pre-wind the springs which is what the instructions refer to. On those, that winding key would fit onto arbors on the back plate.

There are other movements where the electric motor drives the hammer works directly at the proper times with no spring involved. This movement looks like the direct drive rather than the wind assist version.

I looked closer and found the arbors! Clock still doesn't work though.
