This is number VII, just got it finished and hung in my little shop. The wood is Lyptus, the movement is a repro ST 2. Number VIII is nearly completed. My wife asks why I make them and I do not know what to tell her.

Oops, I made a mistake in my post number 16. It is not a a repro ST 2 movement, it is an old Keininger. Made in 1983.

You have done some very beautiful work. However, just having five question marks in the heading is not helpful (yes, I know the first post was a question, but even so). Your work is well worth being looked at in the future but I am afraid that it will be very difficult to find unless it has a more helpful heading.

Would you consider asking a moderator to change it to something else, so that researchers in future days will be able to see what you have achieved?

Just my thoughts - and congratulations again on the results you have.

By all means. The moderator has my permission to change it, if my permission is needed

In my posts numbers 10 and 23, I mis spelled the name of Mr. Allan Wolff. Mr. Wolff was very helpful in making me the first dials with my name on them. Sorry for the mis-spelling Mr. Wolff and thanks again.
And, for the posts number 24 and 25, I do not know how to contact a moderator.
