Default Need help to ID this movement-audemars piguet

    I
can't find this anywhere, can anyone help? I am trying to locate hands for it, and it's super small. Found a Cal 7, but the balance cock was in a different position. It's an audemars piguet, but have seen it also as others, does anyone know who made it?

Can you post a photo of the bottom plate, under the dial, showing the setting parts? That is the view that might identify the movement in the catalogs that I have.
