Default 8283 BPH beat rate on a cuckoo. How close is that?

Without disassembling this cuckoo and counting the time train teeth, can anyone tell me what the "expected" BPH should be to get it close to accurate time keeping? I've clocked it at 8283 bph.

I know the tooth count method so no need to visit that, just thought someone might know from the ID marks.
    Thanks.

Does it keep time? The running clock is the very best indicator of rate.

I agree with Willie, but, if you're just trying to get close prior to re-casing it, my beat book says 8213.33
