    Franz Xaver Wildenauer (*18.05.1856), Munich, Furstenstrasse 3, was active since 1893 - till 1908. Was famous for artistically finished cases of wall and floor clocks- as we can see Used simple, cheap movements imported from Schwarzwald. (H.H. Schmid, Lexikon)

    Article from DUZ about exhibition in Munich in1908 (zepernick wrote about it in 2011). Cases of Wildenauer clocks were projects of famous German architects and designers, like prof. Richard Berndl.
