Default information on Muller, Geneva pocket watch

This appears to be a pocket watch made by Muller and retailed by Hunt & Roskell of London. The case is 18K gold based on the hallmark K18.

The hallmark TR inside an oval is like that of Thomas Russell of Liverpool but why does it appear here? I am not sure what the other hallmarks denote.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
