I posted this query about two years back and I am going to try again. I did get a pic from Harold but it is not very clear as the reflection is right on the place to look. It is for a 1932 Kieninger longcase Westminster Chime and three chain drive.
The patent is DE 554626 but the drawing of this patent does not show the pallet. The one on the movement at the moment is not the correct one. I was using it as a centre of rack hook guide
Maybe you have a clearer pic Harold?

It looks to be missing part.
One part lifts the hook while the
other lifts the rack. I would think
it wouldn't need to look exactly the same,
