I recently inherited a late 1890's Waltham pocket watch from my grandfather's estate. I've been able to dismantle it, clean it and figure out why it doesn't run anymore, but I am having a VERY hard time locating someone who can provide me with a mainspring for this watch. The outer end has a T and the inner end is a hole. Can anyone point me to where I might find mainsprings like this (or just tell me that I'm going to have to manufacture it myself......)

No problem, but you have to tell me the size and model; OR, the serial number on the movement.

Oops, sorry....

Don't know the size (haven't figured out how to determine that yet) but it's a P.S. Bartlett, American Waltham Watch Co, serial # 5685736.

Thanks!

Hi,

It is a 15 J OF 1883 model; the MS is no problem. What is your name, address?
