For those of you who missed this watch the last time it sold, this is the second time (at least as far as I know) that it has been mistaken (??) for an Illinois "Bunn Special". The dial clearly reads "Hunn", but the previous seller, and now this one, have confused it with the name "Bunn" as in "Bunn Special".

The movement is a rather inexpensive 16s 19j Grade "306", of significantly lesser value than a 16s Bunn Special.

I brought the error to the attention of the previous seller. I cannot say whether this seller made the same mistake or not.

I think the seller is doing the right thing in this auction. About the only glaring error I see is referring to this common watch as "rare". Otherwise, it has a low opening bid and no reserve... no grandiose, overblown descriptions... in generaal, he's playing it fairly straight.

Now if he can just avoid the temptation to use shills...

Well, I'd be inclined to give this guy the benefit of the doubt.

The seller did change the title description after listing it as Bunn.....

Kudos to him for that.
